Dear Harford County Public Schools Parents and Guardians,

 

The Parent/Guardian Permissions are collected for each student annually for the school system to comply with a variety of local, state, and federal requirements and legal obligations.

 

To complete the Parent/Guardian Permissions Form, parents/guardians should go to https://registration.hcps.org/  or use the QR code below. If a parent/guardian submitted forms online in a previous school year, the same login information can be used.  If this is the first time a parent/guardian is submitting forms online, an email address is required to access the form. If a parent/guardian has any issues with the online form please contact user support via the contact us! link at the bottom of the online forms webpage (link above).

 

Please be aware that if responses are not submitted, the permissions for your student will default to the responses as noted on each item of the form.  Responses must be submitted for each student in your household.

 

Please complete the form by October 14, 2022 to ensure we have accurate information for your child(ren).  If we do not receive a completed form, the default responses will be used.
